    Project Summary

    PBI serves as the program manager for the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency’s FEMA levee analysis and reaccreditation program.  The reaccreditation program is needed to comply with FEMA Provisionally Accredited Levee agreements for levees on various waterways in San Joaquin County, California. The reaccreditation program involves conducting hydrologic, hydraulic, geotechnical, and operation and maintenance analysis of various levees, and preparing of Letters of Map Revision for FEMA review and approval in support of re-accreditation of levees no longer managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers.
