Prepared a technical memorandum presenting various discharge improvement alternatives at the Alta, Colfax, and Monte Vista water treatment plants. Provided design services for the installation of three backwash storage tanks and associated piping, pumping, and electrical improvements at the three water treatment plants.  Currently providing services during construction.
