Provided program management services for the planning and design of a $250 million regional water supply project. Project to supply water to four cities; Turlock, Modesto, Ceres, and Hughson. Project included a 65 mgd new water pump station, 29.5 mgd water treatment plant, and approximately 17 miles of transmission mains.
