Design of residuals handling and disinfection byproduct improvements at the Buckhorn WTP to include: separation of the inlet and outlet at Tank A to reduce water age in the tank, add ACH feed and storage system for coagulant addition and improve TOC removal, add Deskins drying beds to process  the solids generated by the membranes and return the water to the head of the water treatment plant.
