PBI is the program manager for developing funding for Reclamation District No. 17’s San Joaquin River levee rehabilitation project through California Department of Water Resources Early Implementation Program (EIP).  PBI spearheaded the Districts efforts in acquiring over $62M in EIP grant funding for the project which includes construction of seepage berms, cutoff walls, and setback levees along 12 miles of the San Joaquin River.
